Community Council

The sustainability of the conservation project depended on the grassroots involvement of the community. To ensure participation of every sector of the village, a community council was strengthened to lead the project. Led by Pastor Tai Ichin and Head School Teacher Sander Flaisek, the community council made all decisions on funds allocation, project schedule, and other decisions requiring communal decision. The members included:
