Water
Tanks
The concept for Seacology-funded projects is very simple.
The local community devises a plan for their environment conservation
initiatives; in exchange, Seacology will fund a community need. For
the Epinup Community, their need is the lack of adequate potable water.
So they have produced a proposal to build several water catchment cement
tanks in strategic locations for the community. The community members
would work together to build these cement tanks as well as the conservation
efforts.
